Jacksons Restaurant Guide 2001 - 2003

Old Vicarage November 2002 We spent a weekend at at this hotel which is run by Jorgen Kunath and Anthony Ma who formerly ran Noughts and Crosses restaurant in Ealing, West London. Evening meals are served only on Fridays and Saturdays and the menu is an interesting and varied mix of dishes. Vegetarian food is offered at the time of booking and does not appear on the main menu. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Be prepared to eat your way through 4 courses, it is difficult to find the willpower to refuse anything! The wine list is adequate and interesting. We were happy to eat in the restaurant both evenings and would return.
